An esteemed jury of industry experts and thought leaders will evaluate nominations across 9 categories - 6 for organizations and 3 for individuals - designed to reflect the evolution, maturity, and influence of the Indian GCC ecosystem.

This category will assess GCCs on the nature and type of transformation, the drivers, the key milestones, and metrics achieved and the key outcomes – across ER&D, Enterprise IT, and GBS teams.
A company-wide award celebrating GCCs that are focused on value creation from India and have made concerted efforts across five key areas: Organization Charter, Culture, Internal Programs & Processes, External Linkages, and Innovation Metrics. The assessment criteria will focus on how conducive the GCC’s environment is for innovation and will also measure the pervasiveness of the innovative mindset and culture.
A company-wide award recognizing GCCs that have successfully scaled Artificial Intelligence across the enterprise, driving measurable business impact. It highlights companies that demonstrate strategic vision, robust AI governance, cross-functional adoption, and innovative use cases that transform operations, enhance customer experiences, and create competitive advantage.
Celebrates organizations that prioritize employee well-being, engagement, and growth by fostering an inclusive culture, enabling career development, and creating a workplace where talent thrives and GCCs that have built a strong employer brand and are considered employers of choice. Assessment includes company values, vision, culture, and how effectively these are communicated as part of their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to existing and potential talent.
Recognizes GCCs that have built strong, strategic partnerships with service providers and ecosystem players to accelerate innovation, scale operations, and drive measurable business impact. This award celebrates organizations that have effectively leveraged the broader ecosystem — combining internal capabilities with external expertise — to deliver transformative outcomes, enhance agility, and strengthen their global competitiveness.
A company-wide award recognizing GCCs that have achieved extraordinary scale, strategic impact, and operational excellence from India. Reserved for those leading complex, high-value global functions, it honours GCCs that have become true hubs of innovation, talent, and capability. As a Zinnov-nominated category, winners are selected through internal evaluation and industry insights, with no nominations required.
An individual contributor award recognizing women leaders in India who have driven large-scale impact through business, leadership, or technology expertise. It honours those who excel in mentoring talent and inspiring industry excellence, with evaluation based on contributions to individual, organizational, and ecosystem development.

“Why can’t we just use AI?” That question made its way into the Zinnov Awards jury deliberation room. What followed was one of the most interesting conversations of the day - on technology, trust, and human judgment. But in the end, every nomination was evaluated the old-fashioned way: zero use of AI. Just the jury, the nominations, and the debate.
What makes a Zinnov Award worth winning? We put that question to the industry leaders, “The Jury,” entrusted with evaluating the year’s most compelling nominations. What followed was a conversation on credibility, objectivity, rigor, and what it really takes to earn recognition. And at the end of it all, best answer came in a single line: “Where excellence is questioned, before it is celebrated.” And that became the inspiration for this episode.
