Zinnov Awards is the longest-running GCC awards that honor and celebrate incredible contributions from exceptional individuals and Global Capability Centers.
In its 15th edition, Zinnov Awards will spotlight the Titans in Tech – those India GCCs and individual role models who have made an impact on a global level. These remarkable GCCs and individuals will be chosen by a jury comprised of peer GCC leaders, technical and business change-makers, and pioneers in their fields.
There are 9 categories this year, with 7 organization-wide categories and 2 for individuals. These categories are designed to reflect the maturity, excellence, and impact that the Indian GCC ecosystem has been able to drive in the past year.
Each year, Zinnov Awards introduces newer categories, mirroring the changing macro-environment and business dynamics. In this edition, there are 9 award categories including three new organization-wide recognitions. Best in Class Center of Excellence (COE), an award to celebrate GCCs that are leading the way in driving innovation and research in specific technologies/processes; Building a Culture of Intrapreneurial Leadership, an award that Zinnov reintroduced to acknowledge organizations that have effectively fostered an intrapreneurial culture and mindset; and Excellence in Customer Centricity, to honor those GCCs that have successfully created a customer-centric culture internally and a positive customer experience externally.

01CHAMPIONS IN UNLOCKING CENTER VALUEORGANIZATION-WIDE AWARD
This is an organization-wide award that will recognize those companies that have rapidly evolved from being a pure-play cost center to a value creation center. This category will assess Global Capability Centers (GCCs) on the nature and type of transformation, the drivers, the key milestones, and metrics achieved and the key outcomes – across ER&D, Enterprise IT, and GBS teams.
02GREAT PLACE TO INNOVATEORGANIZATION-WIDE AWARD
An organization-wide award, GPTI recognizes companies that are focused on value creation from India and have made concerted efforts across five key areas: Organization Charter, Culture, Internal Programs & Processes, External Linkages, and Innovation Metrics. The assessment criteria will focus on how conducive the GCC’s environment is for innovation and will also measure the pervasiveness of the innovative mindset and culture.
03BEST IN CLASS CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (COE)ORGANIZATION-WIDE AWARD
This is an organization-wide award to honor those India centers that are leading the way in driving innovation and research in specific technologies/processes, while facilitating collaboration across various business units. The assessment will be across two areas – Generative AI / AI, Data Science, and Automation COE and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) COE.
04BUILDING A CULTURE OF INTRAPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIPORGANIZATION-WIDE AWARD
This is an organization-wide award that celebrates those GCCs that are focused on creating a culture to develop and nurture Intrapreneurial leaders from the India center. These GCCs should have made concerted efforts to drive a strong leadership philosophy with allied programs to identify and develop leaders to deliver key business outcomes.
05EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER CENTRICITYORGANIZATION-WIDE AWARD
This is an organization-wide award and will recognize those India centers that have built operational ability and organizational capability to successfully create a customer-centric culture internally and created a positive customer experience externally. This category will only be for centers in India that cater to external customers and are not meant for centers that cater to HQ/global locations internally.
06BRAND BY DESIGN – EXCELLENCE IN EMPLOYER BRANDINGORGANIZATION-WIDE AWARD
This is an organization-wide award to recognize organizations that have successfully created a brand name in the talent market and are considered employers of choice. The centers will be gauged on various parameters including the company’s values, vision, culture and its dissemination across installed and potential talent as part of their Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
07AATMANIRBHAR GCCORGANIZATION-WIDE AWARD
An organization-wide award, Aatmanirbhar GCC celebrates those India centers that have created large-scale impact by conceptualizing, designing, developing, and manufacturing products from India. The assessment criteria will focus on the drivers, key metrics and milestones achieved, and the key outcomes derived through such technology innovations for both Software as well as for Hardware products.
08NEXT GENERATION WOMAN LEADERINDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR AWARD
This is an individual contributor award that felicitates women leaders in India, who have created large-scale impact through their business, leadership, and/or technology expertise. These women leaders have excelled at mentoring upcoming talent and serve as an inspiration for the industry for excellence through their work. The category evaluates excellence shown across the dimensions of individual, organizational, and ecosystem development.
09TECHNICAL ROLE MODELINDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR AWARD
An individual contributor award, TRM recognizes technology stalwarts and have served by example and inspired individuals both within their organization and beyond, to follow a technical career path. As part of this award, we will also recognize individuals who have created a significant impact in the technologies of Artificial Intelligence/Big Data Analytics and Intelligent Automation.
